At Night Vision Australia we are confident in all of the brands we sell, and we want you to be to! It is important to us to ensure each of our customers gets the exact right product suited for their specific needs.
We provide a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. This means you have a full week to test and trial the unit in your own environment. Take it out into the paddock, the field, use it how you usually would to ensure that the product meets your needs.
For example, you might find that you need something with a greater detection distance or a higher quality sensor, and one of our staff will be more than happy to take the experience that you have gained over the week and find the right product for you.
If you are unhappy with the product, contact us within 7 days for either an exchange or full refund. To make it even better, we will send you a returns label and pay for the return postage to ensure that you are not out of pocket!
NOW TO THE IMPORTANT STUFF:
To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, you must provide a valid proof of purchase and the product and packaging must be in as new condition. Intent to return must be expressly communicated in writing to sales@nightvision.com.au within 7 days of delivery, as verified by the relevant delivery partner. Please check to ensure you meet the requirements for a return prior to contacting us.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT:
Option 1: In-Store
Visit us at our Sydney Showroom*. Your product and order will be inspected by one of our team to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
*Please note our showroom is open Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
Option 2: Via Post
Check that you meet the above conditions and contact us no more than 7 days after delivery of your order. Once approved, you will receive a returns form from our accounts team and also an Australia Post return label.
Package your items securely, include your returns form in your parcel and attach the return label to the outside of the parcel. You can drop off your return parcel at any Post Office, Post Box or Parcel Locker.
Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and Night Vision Australia may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable).
FAQs
What can I use as proof of purchase?
We will happily accept a copy of the invoice you received with your purchase. If you have misplaced this, please contact accounts@nightvision.com.au who will be able to provide you with a copy.
What do you mean by “as new condition”?
“As new condition” means although the product has been used, no damage has occurred to the product and is in the same condition as it was upon delivery. This includes the unit itself, plus any packaging, cables and accessories. All items must be returned to us to be eligible for a return.
How will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that if you purchased your item via PayPal, the refund will exclude PayPal fees.
How long will my return take?
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and processed by one of our team to ensure it meets all requirements. Please allow a further 3 business days once we have received your item for evaluation, once confirmed your refund will be initiated. Please note that your bank may take a further 1-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
