FLIR Handheld
The FLIR Scout handheld thermal imaging cameras represent the end of the wait for the effective yet affordable thermal imaging device. Unlike image intensifying night vision devices, thermal-imaging cameras create image from heat and can, thus, be used in total darkness, through smoke, dust and light fog. They can also see through foliage and camouflage. The non-reliance on ambient light means that the FLIR Scout cameras allow you to see clearly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Scout 240, TS24 and TS24 Pro all provide an image of 240 × 180 px whereas both the TS32 and the TS32 Pro have a 320 x 240 resolution and the Scout 320 offers a superior 336×256 res, giving an even greater thermal imagery. And the newly released Scout_II 640 delivers a incredible 640x512px resolution, whilst the TS32r comes standard with a 65mm lens for greater detection distances.
Scout III 240 & 320 now available.
